World Mental Health Day

The pupils all took part in different activities that enabled them to think about emotions and how to take care of themselves.  They thought about what happy looks like and how to be happy and calm.  The younger children enjoyed sensory lights and creative activities.  Some of the Squirrels played working together games.  The older children enjoyed mindfulness, going out on a mindfulness walk along with colouring in, which is a classic!  The school believes the pupils mental health is hugely important.
