Forest School

Forest school fun this half term

We have had an incredible time this half-term exploring our school site and woodland setting.  Our students benefit immensely from the space and peace that the outdoor world has to offer us.  We've enjoyed some adult-led activities such as outdoor art, clay work, bug hunts, weaving and threading.  The mud-kitchen continues to be a big hit, as does den building and independent exploring of the settings.  We are looking forward to the changing colours of the woods and of our school site next term.  Its nearly time to wrap up warm for our outdoor time.  Half-term challenge:  send in via seesaw any photos of your child exploring natural settings over half-term, we'd love to know what you've been up to!
