Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Deputy DSL

Mrs Shelton is the senior member of staff responsible for safeguarding and child protection, ensuring policies are followed and acting as the main point of contact for concerns about a child’s welfare. The Deputy DSL's support this role and takes the lead when Mrs Shelton is unavailable, helping to ensure all concerns are managed promptly and pupils remain safe.
