In my role as the school's Community Liaison, I give support in many different ways to our pupils and families.

Firstly, I am here to support every parent, no matter what the situation is. Whether it be behavioural, financial, form-filling or just being a friendly ear to listen and advise – as best I can!

I refer students and families to outside agencies, including referrals to Early Help, Child Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), Children’s Bereavement Centre, and will support applications with Short Breaks (befriending). I foster positive relationships between school, home and the community, and will collaborate with community organisations to meet the needs of students/families.

I make regular home visits or phone calls to lots of different families.
