At Bracken Hill School, safeguarding and child protection are at the heart of everything we do.
We are fully committed to promoting the safety, wellbeing, and welfare of all our pupils. We have strong safeguarding systems in place, and any concerns are taken seriously, recorded carefully, and acted upon promptly in line with statutory guidance. Our focus is always on acting in the best interests of the child.
We recognise that some of our pupils may be more vulnerable. Staff are well-trained, vigilant, and confident in identifying concerns and taking appropriate action to ensure children are supported and protected.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. All staff, governors, volunteers, and visitors understand their role in keeping children safe and promoting their wellbeing.
